John Hearton has been living the American Dream since he started working and paying taxes at the age of 13. His journey began with AlliedSignal Technical Services Corporation, now Honeywell, where he worked under Larry Bossidy, a Jack Welch Protégé. John became the youngest Director in AlliedSignal’s history before venturing into entrepreneurship.

In 1998, John founded WareOnEarth Communications, a top 10 company in Cyber Security services for the Department of Defense by 2007. After selling the company in 2009, he served as Chief Technology Officer for Secure Mission Solutions, which he later sold to Parsons in 2014. John then took over as President of MANDEX, growing the business by 350% in three years. Currently, he is the President and CEO of GeoWireless, developing world-class communications services for government and commercial programs.
